Founded in 1983 by Pastor George and Apostle Relinda Mushatt, Refuge Center Outreach has made tremendous impact by serving the Saginaw community with continuous passion and commitment.

Refuge Center Outreach is all about helping those in need. To show our community how much we care we will be hosting another food give-away. Please join us, all are welcome!

This has been an amazing year of growth for Refuge Center Outreach! We have been able to assist many community individuals and families with food and household items. We are now happily stocking multiple shelves in the pantry, making ourselves known in the community, and welcoming new volunteers to join us in our efforts!
Refuge Center Outreach enjoys taking the opportunity to serve our community and reach those in need.
INTERVIEW WITH REFUGE CENTER OUTREACH DIRECTOR
Apryl Mushatt is the Director of Refuge Center Outreach, working along side her husband, Ledell Mushatt (president). Serving the Community is an answer to the call on their lives. Reaching those in need in Saginaw, Bay City, Midland, and surrounding areas: to begin this work. Our focus is to help rebuild the community by helping individuals and families gain access to resources as well as small household items, food, and toiletries.
