Refuge Center Outreach is a faith based, non profit organization with the mission of helping to meet the needs of low income and middle-class families in need of food, clothes, hygiene products, and small household items. Here at RCO we believe that the family is the microcosm of the world; so goes the family so goes the world. Therefore, every family we work together to help is a step toward success for our community, our nation, and our world.
Our Story
Founded in 1983 by Apostle Relinda and Pastor George Mushatt, Refuge Center Outreach has a made tremendous impact by serving the Saginaw community with continuous passion and commitment.
Thanks to the help of our partners and volunteers within the community we will continue their legacy.
